Who We Are & What We Do
At CreativePsych, we are a team of compassionate, skilled psychotherapists who offer virtual therapy services for adolescents and adults. Many of our therapists are dually trained in psychotherapy and the creative arts—music, art, and movement—which allows us to meet each client with both evidence-based tools and creative flexibility. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, or simply seeking space for self-discovery, our approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your needs.

We specialize in virtual sessions, providing accessible and confidential care across Ontario. We also welcome inquiries from parents seeking meaningful support for their teens, and from individuals who may feel traditional talk therapy hasn’t quite fit. At CreativePsych, creative expression is an option—not a requirement—and we always meet you where you're at.
