THE CREATIVEPSYCH DIFFERENCE
For some children and teens, conversation comes easily. For others, sitting across from an adult and explaining how they feel can be the hardest possible place to start.
Our therapists can use conversation, music, art, play, creative activities, or a combination of approaches to help young people connect and express themselves in ways that feel natural.
There is no pressure to be artistic or musical. Creativity is simply another tool your therapist can offer when words aren't enough.

For Children
Therapy can include play, art, music, games, conversation and creative activities that help children build emotional awareness, regulation, confidence and connection.
We collaborate with parents and caregivers when appropriate while creating a space where your child can develop their own trusting relationship with their therapist.

For Teens
Therapy gives teens a space that is theirs — to talk, create, process, vent, explore or simply figure things out at their own pace.
Our therapists support teens with anxiety, identity, relationships, school stress, neurodivergence, self-esteem and the many changes that come with adolescence.
