Support for Families & Caregivers Across Ontario
Caring for someone you love can be complicated. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Areas of Support:
Parent Coaching
Practical strategies, perspective and support for navigating
parenting challenges.
Supporting a Neurodivergent Child
Support for parents and caregivers of autistic, ADHD and otherwise neurodivergent children and teens.
Family Transitions
Support through changes in family life, school transitions, separation, loss and other periods of adjustment.
Caregiver Support
A space for those caring for a child, parent, partner or other loved one with ongoing support needs.
Dementia Caregiving
Emotional and practical support for those caring for someone living with dementia or cognitive change.
Stress & Burnout
Support for the exhaustion, overwhelm, guilt and competing demands that can come with caregiving.
Navigating What Comes Next
A place to process decisions, changing roles, uncertainty and what you need as circumstances evolve.
Family Grief
Affirming support for communication, regulation, self-understanding, relationships and everyday challenges.
Sometimes the person who needs support is
the person doing the supporting.
When someone you love is struggling, it can be difficult to know what to do. You may find yourself researching, advocating, managing appointments, responding to difficult moments, worrying about what comes next — and trying to hold everything else together at the same time.
Therapy can give you space to step out of the caregiving role for a moment, understand what's happening, develop practical strategies and consider what you need too.
You don't need to be in crisis to reach out. Sometimes having someone alongside you can simply make a complicated situation feel more manageable.

Parent Coaching
Parent coaching offers a collaborative space to talk through what's happening at home, better understand your child's behaviour and emotional needs, and develop approaches that feel realistic for your family.
Support may include navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, school challenges, neurodivergence, communication, routines, transitions, independence and challenging behaviour.

Caregiving Changes Us
Whether you're supporting a child with additional needs, an aging parent, or someone living with dementia or another health condition, caregiving can gradually change your routines, relationships and sense of self.
Our therapists offer a confidential space to process the emotional realities of caregiving — including stress, anticipatory grief, changing roles, difficult decisions and the complicated feelings that don't always have somewhere else to go.
And importantly: you don't have to justify needing support just because someone else needs care.
