Use drawing, painting, journaling, or creative expression to explore feelings and gain insight in a non-verbal way.

Traditional Talk Therapy

A conversation-based approach using evidence-based techniques to help you navigate anxiety, trauma, stress, relationships, and more.

Your therapist will guide you in choosing the approach that feels right for you.

Ontario Autism Program (OAP) Funding
